509.14 CONCEALING IDENTITY; MASKS.
   (a)   No person, either alone or in company with others, shall appear on any street or other public place or in any place open to view by the general public with his face partially or completely concealed by means of a mask or other paraphernalia with intent thereby to conceal his identity. This section does not prohibit the wearing of such means of concealment in good faith for the purposes of amusement or in compliance with any public or private health order.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
