505.09 BARKING OR HOWLING DOGS.
   (a)   No owner, keeper or harborer of a dog shall permit or allow that dog to annoy or disturb one or more of the inhabitants of two or more separate residences of this Municipality by the frequent or habitual howling, yelping, barking or making of any other such noises by that dog within the corporate limits.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
