No person shall park any motor vehicle upon any public street or highway in excess of twenty- four consecutive hours or upon any other public property, owned or controlled by the City, in excess of forty-eight consecutive hours, except as the Safety Director has provided otherwise by regulation pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 305.
