For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) "Mobile ice cream vendor" or "ice cream truck" means any motorized or non-motorized vehicle in which ice cream, popsicles, ice sherbets or frozen desserts of any kind are carried for purposes of retail sale on the streets or sidewalks of the City.
(b) "Vend" or "vending" means the offering of any ice cream, popsicles, ice sherbets or frozen desserts for sale from any vehicle on the streets or sidewalks of the City.
(c) "Vendor" or "peddler" means any persons involved in the operation of an ice cream truck, including, but not limited to, the driver of the ice cream truck, any sales persons and any corporate agent ordering the vending of ice cream, popsicles, ice sherbets or frozen desserts of any type on the streets or sidewalks of the City.
