Each business that enters into a Business Retention Grant Agreement with the City of Stow shall provide the City of Stow Finance Department evidence documenting compliance with payroll commitments within thirty (30) days of the last day of the business's fiscal year. This information shall include federal W-2's and a City of Stow W-3 for the business facility. Failure to timely submit the required payroll records to the City may result in early termination of the Business Retention Grant Agreement.
