1313.04 APPEALS.

Any property owner or primary mortgage holder adversely affected by any order of the Chief Building Official pursuant to this chapter may request a hearing on the matter by submitting a written request to the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals within ten days of receipt thereof. The Board shall issue an order either affirming, reversing or modifying the order of the Chief Building Official.
