117.04 GOVERNMENT TRANSPARENCY PORTAL (“GTP”).
   (a)   The City shall develop, establish, and maintain an Internet database, freely accessible to the public that contains, among other things, the following:
      (1)   All draft legislation (or most recent versions thereof, as the case may be), exhibits thereto, accompanying memoranda and other documents that will be provided to Members and/or administrators before or during the course of a meeting of City Council, boards and commissions or the Board of Control.
      (2)   Statements that are requested to be included into the record.
      (3)   All final, approved legislation and exhibits thereto, Resolutions, Ordinances, and Board of Control actions.
      (4)   All minutes of meetings of City Council, commissions, and Board of Control, in searchable PDF format and, if recorded, then in audio or video.
      (5)   A list of all city departments, with their telephone numbers and an e-mail address.
      (6)   A complete, accurate, and reasonably updated version of the City of Stow Ordinances and City Charter.
   (b)   With respect to documents provided to City Council, such documents shall be posted on the GTP no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the beginning of the meeting at which such documents will be discussed, or later for documents that arrive after such deadline.
   (c)   The GTP will constitute a "public place" pursuant to Section 4.12 of the Charter of the City of Stow. (Ord. 2023-020. Passed 1-12-23.)
