In lieu of paper documents, each Member shall be provided with an electronic device with wireless access to the GTP (defined below), the Internet, and the Member's city-based e-mail account. Each Member will be given a confidential log-in name and password by which to access the electronic device. No Member of a board or commission may remove the electronic device from City Hall. City Council Members may use these devices at any location they deem necessary.
