1159.04 PERMITTED USES IN THE STOW-KENT OVERLAY DISTRICT.

   The uses permitted in this district include those uses permitted in the C-4 District as specified in Schedule 1145.02 and the following:

   (a)    Multi-family dwellings;

   (b)    Apartment building dwellings;

   (c)    Townhouse dwellings; and

   (d)    Accessory recreational and community facilities.
