There is hereby adopted by the Municipality, the Ohio Building Code (OBC) including but not limited to: the Ohio Building Code, Ohio Plumbing Code, Ohio Mechanical Code, and all reference codes and standards as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards and published in the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) Chapter 4101:1 All subsequent editions of the Ohio Building Code adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards together with any amendments adopted thereto, shall continue in effect until and unless amended by Council.
