(a) Before a contractor may be registered and before any expiring registration is renewed, the applicant shall pay to the City, a fee as follows:
(1) Initial Registration: One hundred dollars ($100.00)
(2) Annual Renewal Fee: Seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
(b) Each registration shall expire on February 28th, following the date of its issuance and shall be renewed by the Building Department upon application by the Registered Contractor and payment of the required fee any time on or before March 31st of each year.
