Applications for registration shall be made in writing to the Building Department and shall include the name, address, place of business and phone number of the applicant. The Department, upon receipt of an application, shall cause the applicant to certify, in writing, that its work shall be of workmanlike quality and in accordance with all applicable and governing codes of the City in effect at the time or thereafter adopted.
