Any person receiving a Notice of Violation may appeal the determination of the City of Stow, the Health District, and/or the City designee. The notice of appeal must be received within 15 days from the date of the Notice of Violation. Hearing on the appeal before the City of Stow or Board of Health or their designee shall take place within 45 days from the date of receipt of the notice of appeal. The decision of the City of Stow or Board of Health or their designee shall be final. (Ord. 2012-167. Passed 10-25-12.)
