139.06 STOW YOUTH SERVICES: SEALING OF DIVERSION RECORDS AND ENROLLMENT FEE.
   (a)    Any juvenile who successfully completes a diversion program with Stow Youth Services shall be entitled to the immediate sealing of all criminal records associated with their participation in the program. For the purposes of this provision, "seal" means to remove the criminal record(s) from Stow's main file or similar records and to secure it in a separate file that is accessible only to the juvenile court.
   (b)   All juveniles applying to a diversion program with Stow Youth Services must submit a one-time enrollment fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for admission into the program. If the applicant is denied admission or otherwise does not meet the requirements to gain entrance into the program, the enrollment fee shall not be charged or, if charged, must be refunded in its entirety. Once the applicant is admitted and enrolled in the program, the enrollment fee is non-refundable. (Ord. 2012-121. Passed 8-9-12.)
