(a) Any phone book distributed to any residence shall be placed on a paved or hard surface outside of the public right-of-way not obstructing any entry or exit of the building.
(b) All persons engaging in the distribution of "phone books" as defined in section 737.01(c) of these Codified Ordinances shall not be required to comply with section 737.05 of these Codified Ordinances. Each company distributing phone books must so inform the Mayor's office by phone 15-30 days before distribution and give the name of a responsible party.
(c) Whoever knowingly violates subsection (a) above shall be subject to the penalties established in 737.99. (Ord. 2012-168. Passed 10-25-12.)
