(a) The Red Flag rules as attached to original Ordinance 2009-194, are hereby adopted for implementation by the City of Stow for programs and services offered by the City of Stow where account information is maintained by the City of Stow including water billing and EMS transportation.
(b) The Finance Director is directed to implement the program not later than November 1, 2009.
(c) The Law Director, on advice from the Finance Director, is hereby authorized to make minor and necessary changes to the Red Flag rules for specific customization of City services. (Ord. 2009-194. Passed 9-10-09.)
