There is hereby created in the City an Administrative Hearing Board for purposes of administering violations under Chapters 521 and 523 of the General Offenses Code, Part Eleven – Planning and Zoning Code, Part Thirteen - Building Code and Part Fifteen - Fire Prevention Code, and civil penalties arising thereunder. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to waive the City's right to issue and prosecute criminal violations.
