171.02 ESTABLISHMENT AND MEMBERSHIP OF COMMISSION.

There is established the Stow Urban Forestry Commission consisting of up to seven members, one of whom shall be designated as chairman. Each member shall be appointed by the Mayor with confirmation of Council and shall serve without compensation for a term of five years. The Director of Public Service shall be an ex officio member.
