Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 727.011 and 715.20, for the purpose of regulating the planting, trimming, maintaining and removing the shade trees and other ornamental shrubbery in and along the streets within the public right of way, and to control the blight and disease thereof, there is established the Stow Tree District which shall be comprised of and include all public streets within the City and in which the planting, trimming, caring, controlling and maintaining shall be affected.
