933.14 APPEALS.

Any person aggrieved by any order, requirement, determination or any other action or inaction by City of Stow in relation to this chapter may appeal to Board of Zoning and Building Appeals. The aggrieved party may appeal the decision of Board of Zoning and Building Appeals to the Court of Common Pleas. Written notice of appeal shall be served on Summit County and a copy shall be provided to the Summit SWCD.
