(a) All development areas will be subject to inspections by the Summit SWCD and the City of Stow to ensure compliance with the approved SWP3.
(b) After each inspection the Summit SWCD may prepare and distribute a status report to the applicant.
(c) If an inspection determines that operations are being conducted in violation of the approved SWP3, the City of Stow may take action as detailed in Section 933.13 of this chapter.
