161.05 SUSPENSION OF CHIEF OF POLICE OR FIRE CHIEF.

As provided by Ohio R.C. 124.40, the Mayor shall have the exclusive right to suspend the Chief of Police or the Fire Chief for any of the reasons therein enumerated and in compliance with the procedure set forth in that section.
