No permittee, herein authorized to be commissioned and appointed as a Special Police plant protection guard, shall, by virtue of his duties, have any claim for or upon the City or upon any division of the County or the State, by and through the special commission herein granted, arising out of any damage or personal injury sustained by the permittee in the course of his employment as a special plant protection guard. No such permittee shall have any claim upon the Police Pension Fund under Ohio R.C. Chapter 742.
