There is established a compensatory fee for reimbursement to the City for all reports and documents furnished from time to time to any person in the normal course of Fire Department or Police Department business, which reports are in the nature of replica or photostatic copies of original reports, are otherwise available for use and inspection by those persons, and are not confidential and restrictive files of the Fire Department or Police Department. The fees are not applicable to reports furnished to other law enforcement or fire agencies. The fees for such reports are based on a daily total and are as follows:

20 pages | $1.00 plus $.05 per page in excess of 20 pages. |
