199.03 DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS.

The Finance Director is hereby authorized to appropriate and expend funds for the improvement, repair and maintenance of public streets in the City. Said monies shall be disbursed by the Finance Department as approved by the City of Stow Board of Control pursuant to Chapter 173.
