This license fee is imposed for the purposes of paying the costs and expenses of enforcing and administering said tax, to supplement the revenue available through Chapter 4504 of the Ohio Revised Code, and to provide additional revenue for the purposes set forth in Chapter 4504 of the Ohio Revised Code.
