199.01 LEVY.

Stow City Council hereby levies an annual motor vehicle license tax of five dollars ($5.00) per motor vehicle upon all motor vehicles registered in the City of Stow pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.172, subject to the reductions and exemptions listed therein and contained in Chapters 4503 and 4504 of the Ohio Revised Code.
