133.06 DIRECTOR'S REPORTS TO COUNCIL.
   (a)   Pursuant to Section 6.03 of the City Charter, the Director of Finance is directed to prepare and present monthly to Council a certified report, by fund or by control, based upon the actual proof balances shown by the books and records, regarding the financial affairs of the City and containing the following facts:
      (1)   The actual cash balance in each fund and control as of the beginning of the current fiscal year;
      (2)   The budget's estimated income by fund and control for the current fiscal year;
      (3)   The balances of the budget's estimated income to be received;
      (4)   The actual receipts to date of the certified report;
      (5)   The actual expenditures to date of the certified report;
      (6)   The actual cash on hand in the depository accounts or invested pursuant to law;
      (7)   The actual outstanding encumbrances to date of the certified report; and
      (8)   The unencumbered cash positions to date of the certified report.
   (b)   Pursuant to Section 6.03 of the City Charter, the Director is directed to prepare and present to Council at the end of each fiscal period a certified report, based upon the bond and note register, regarding the indebtedness of the City and containing the following facts:
      (1)   A detailed statement of debt by issue and the original date of each bond and note issue;
      (2)   The original amounts of each bond and note issue;
      (3)   The amount of each bond and note issue outstanding;
      (4)   The total amount of indebtedness;
      (5)   The amount of indebtedness available under statutory limitations; and
      (6)   Such supplementary data as the Director considers necessary to properly inform Council of the debt structure of the City. (1979 Code 31.10)
