The record title holders and lienholders of the property may enter into an agreement, with a term of a minimum of six (6) months, with the City to perform the repair or removal of an unsafe building. Should the record title holders and lienholders of the property enter into an agreement with the City to perform the repair or removal of an unsafe building, the City shall not demolish the subject building until such time as the agreement term has expired, the agreement has been terminated (by either party), or the Chief Building Official has, after the entering into of such agreement, deemed that the condition of the unsafe building has additional defects, or defects in a worse condition, as defined in Section 1311.01.
