(b) Additions. Same as new construction and square foot permit fee shall be based on gross square footage of addition per floor.
(c) Alterations. The alteration square footage (sq ft.) fee is based on the gross area of the floor on which the alteration is taking place. The fees for alterations occurring on more than one floor are additional.

The above sizes are the liquid volume of the tank. When the piping is removed with a tank(s), no additional fees will be charged. When only piping is removed, the fees of number (5) above shall apply.
