111.03 CLERK'S NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.
   (a)   Meetings of Municipal Bodies. The Clerk shall:
      (1)   Post a notice of the times and places of each municipal body's organizational meeting not later than forty-eight hours prior to the time of each organizational meeting.
      (2)   Post a notice of the times and places of regular meetings of each municipal body for each calendar year not later than forty-eight hours prior to the time of the first regular meeting of each municipal body.
      (3)   Post a notice of the times and places of any special meeting of a municipal body not later than twenty-four hours prior to the time of the special meeting.
      (4)   Post a notice of the time and place of any recessed meeting not later than thirty-six hours following the recess.
      (5)   Maintain an accurate record of the dates and times the notices are posted as required by this chapter.
   (b)   Meeting Agendas of Municipal Bodies. The Clerk shall maintain a timely and accurate file of current agendas of all meetings in order to comply with subsection (c) hereof and Section 111.04.
   (c)   Public Requests for Personal Notice.  
      (1)   Any person, upon written request and as provided herein, may obtain reasonable advance notification of all meetings at which any specific type of public business is scheduled to be discussed.
      (2)   The person may file a written request with the Clerk specifying: the person's name, address and telephone number; the specific type of public business the discussion of which the person is requesting advance notification; the municipal body that is the subject of the request; and the number of calendar months which the request covers. The request may be cancelled by written request from the person to the Clerk.
      (3)   Each written request shall be accompanied by cash, or a check or money order payable to the City, in the amount of two dollars ($2.00) for each month per public body covered by the request. However, due to the increased number of meetings, the fee for Council agendas shall be five dollars ($5.00) per month. Failure to pay the fees in advance as are herein prescribed shall constitute cancellation of that month's request.
