Ward 3 is described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Darrow Road and Graham Road; thence northerly along the centerline of Darrow Road to the centerline of Fishcreek Road; thence southerly along the centerline of Fishcreek Road to the intersection of Fishcreek Road and Graham Road; thence westerly along the centerline of Graham Road to the beginning and containing a total population of 8,168.
