1511.99 PENALTIES.
   (a)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, except Section 1511.06, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two-hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both, for a first offense. Each subsequent offense shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both.
   (b)    Whoever violates Section 1511.06 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor punishable by up to a one hundred dollar and fifty dollar fine ($150.00) for the first offense. Each subsequent offense shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
