(a) The City does hereby adopt the procedure established in Ohio R.C. 3929.86(C) and (D), for purposes of receiving insurance proceeds for the removing, repairing or securing of fire damaged buildings or other structures.
(b) The Director of Finance and the Fire Chief or his designee shall jointly be designated as officers authorized to carry out the duties set forth therein.
(c) A Rotary Trust Account No. 863 shall be established for purposes of receiving the proceeds of any such fire policy from the underwriting insurance company or companies.
