The Fire Chief, or other fire official in charge at any fire is authorized to arrest, or delegate the authority to arrest to a designated law enforcement officer, on view any person violating any of the provisions of this Part Fifteen - Fire Prevention Code relating to fire safety, fire prevention, or fire protection, or any person interfering with or obstructing any firefighter or other law enforcement officer in the discharge of his official duty.
