107.02 USE OF MEETING ROOMS IN CITY HALL.
   (a)   All official business shall take precedence over the use of the City meeting rooms.
   (b)   City Hall Council Chambers may be used per the consent of both the Mayor and Council President.
   (c)   Fundraising activities, not sanctioned by the City, shall be first approved by the Mayor and President of Council.
   (d)   Administrative procedures and policies for any use of City Hall meeting rooms shall be established by the Mayor and Council President.
   (e)   The rental of the City meeting rooms shall be governed by the following regulations:
      (1)   Except as provided in paragraph (b) above, all uses, except official City business, shall be by permit issued by the Mayor or his nominee.
      (2)   Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on City grounds.
      (3)   Permit holder(s) shall be held responsible for all damage to property and restitution shall be made for that damage by the permit holder(s).
      (4)   All equipment used shall be restored to its original place.
      (5)   The custodian shall have the right to cause the ejection of any person conducting himself in a disorderly manner or abusing the facilities offered in the City Hall.
      (6)   Any meeting room in use shall be vacated by 9:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday, unless permitted by the Mayor or his nominee.
      (7)   A credit card deposit shall be required of any user equal to the fee established by the Director of Public Service or his/her designee.
      (8)   Gambling is prohibited on City grounds.
