(a) Districts in Which Storage of Explosives and Blasting Agents is Prohibited. Districts in which storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited are as authorized by the Fire Department.
(b) Districts in Which Storage of Flammable Liquids in Outside Above-Ground Tanks is Prohibited.
(1) The limits in which storage of flammable liquids in outside above-ground tanks is prohibited, are as authorized by the Fire Department.
(2) The limits in which new bulk plants for flammable liquids are prohibited are authorized by the Division of State Fire Marshal and the Fire Department of the City.
(c) Districts in Which Bulk Storage of Liquefied Petroleum Gases is Restricted. The limits in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are as authorized by the Fire Department.
(d) Routes for Vehicles Transporting Explosives and Blasting Agents. Routes for vehicles transporting explosives and blasting agents are prescribed as follows: all state routes in the City and any highway which is part of the interstate system.
(e) Routes for Vehicles Transporting Hazardous Chemicals or Other Dangerous Articles. The routes for vehicles transporting hazardous chemicals and other dangerous articles are prescribed as follows: all state routes in the City and any highway which is part of the interstate system.
