1503.04 ORDERS TO REMOVE OR REMEDY FIRE HAZARD.
   (a)   Whenever the Fire Marshal finds, in any building or structure or upon any premises, combustible or flammable matter, dangerous accumulations of rubbish, or unnecessary accumulations of wastepaper, cartons, boxes or other flammable materials, any of which is so situated as to endanger life or property in case of fire, he shall have authority to order the same to be removed or remedied.
   (b)   Whenever the Fire Marshal finds obstructions to or on fire escape stairs, passageways, doors or windows, which are liable to interfere with the operation of the Fire Department or the egress of occupants in case of fire, he shall have the power to order the same to be removed or remedied.
   (c)   Whenever the Fire Marshal finds any building or structure which for want of repairs by reason of age or dilapidated condition or for any other reason is especially liable to catch fire, and which is so situated as to endanger adjacent premises, property or the occupants thereof, he shall have the power to order the same repaired or the conditions abated.
