(a) The Fire Marshal and each fire prevention inspector shall have the authority, at all reasonable hours, to enter any residential building, structure or premises containing a permitted home occupation, for the purpose of making any inspection or investigation according to law.
(b) The Fire Marshal and each fire prevention inspector shall have the authority, at all reasonable hours, to enter any commercial building, structure or premises, for the purpose of making any inspection or investigation which, under the provisions of this chapter, they may deem necessary to be made, including but not limited to, annual inspections for purposes of identifying improper storage of hazardous or toxic materials that could pose a significant threat to the surrounding environment and to firefighters in attendance of a fire or other emergency at that facility.
(c) The Fire Marshal and each fire prevention inspector shall have the authority, at all reasonable hours, to enter any industrial building, structure or premises, for the purpose of making any inspection or investigation which, under the provisions of this chapter, they may deem necessary to be made, including but not limited to, annual inspections for purposes of identifying improper storage of hazardous or toxic materials that could pose a significant threat to the surrounding environment and to firefighters in attendance of a fire or other emergency at that facility.
