103.02 USE OF SEAL BY STOW INDEPENDENCE DAY COMMEMORATION COMMITTEE, INC.
   The Stow Independence Day Commemoration Committee, Inc., a nonprofit civic corporation of this State, is authorized to employ and use the official seal of the City, as being attendant to the renown of the City, in disseminating news and publicity attendant to the annual Fourth of July commemorative ceremonies and parade occurring in the City. In making this authorization, Council determines that lending the Committee the use of the official seal of the City will encourage and foster precepts of patriotism and the rededication of American democratic ideals and devotion to country and flag and that it is fitting and proper that the seal be used in conjunction with these exemplary ideals.
