963.09 SERVICE OF PRIVATE REFUSE HAULER REQUIRED.

Effective August 1, 1992 and continuing thereafter, each single and double family household unit in the City shall be required to secure solid waste collection service from a private refuse hauler of the resident’s choice which is licensed by the City.
