963.08 HOUSEHOLDS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.

Effective August 1, 1992 and continuing thereafter, each household in the City shall be required to participate by securing curbside pickup of recyclables from a private refuse hauler of the resident’s choice which is licensed by the City and place materials at the curb for pickup.
