Garbage and rubbish in enclosed containers, trash bags, discarded appliances or other objects too large to enclose or bag, shall be deposited on or near the curb directly in front of the building no sooner than one day prior to its scheduled pickup. Any containers remaining after collection shall be removed from the curb and replaced on private property by midnight on the collection date.
