The Cemetery Board may receive by bequest, gift or devise, money or other property, the principal or interest of which is to be used for the improvement, embellishment, maintenance or care of municipal cemetery grounds generally or for any particular part or grave therein, as the donor directs or as the Board determines if no such direction is given. The Director of Finance shall keep accurate, separate accounts of such bequest, gift or devise, the income therefrom, and all disbursements thereof and shall render an account to the Board upon request.
