As used in this chapter, "community antenna television system" means any system for the transmission, amplification, receipt, reproduction, projection or creation of a television picture or image within the City, including all conduits, wires, electrical transmission or reception devices, fixed antenna and transmitter locations, electrical generating equipment, and any and all other equipment appurtenant to the television industry.
