925.02 RIGHT OF ENTRY; INTERFERENCE .
   (a)   The Director of Public Service and his deputies are authorized at all reasonable hours, to enter upon any lands and into any building or structure, if necessary, for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not any roof drain, downspout or other type of stormwater conveyance is illegally connected into any sanitary sewer within the City.
   (b)   No person shall willfully obstruct or interfere with the Director or his deputies while they are lawfully engaged in the performance of their duties as provided herein.
