(a) Every taxicab business shall display at all times a printed list of the fares and rates to be charged passengers for transportation, which fares and rates shall not be in excess of the schedule furnished the City under Section 755.04(a)(5), except when an increase in rates is approved by Council.
(b) Every licensed taxicab shall display, on its exterior, rear vehicle, such decal as the City may require and issue as evidence that the vehicle on which such license or decal is affixed is licensed by the City to provide taxicab services, which decal shall be visible at all times at a distance of twenty-five feet.
(c) Every licensed taxicab driver shall display, on the interior of his taxicab, at a location plainly visible to his passengers, a photographic, identification noting the company with which he is licensed to drive, his name, address and date of his taxicab licensure.
