Each applicant for a taxicab license shall present and file with the Department of Public Service a signed application setting forth the trade name under which he intends to do business, the number of vehicles and a general description of each vehicle for which the license is desired, the marking or lettering to be used thereon, enumeration of all drivers proposed to operate licensed taxicabs within the City, and any other information required by the Department of Public Service pertinent to the issuance of the license.
