A certificate of insurance shall be filed with the application covering public liability and automobile liability in the amounts of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) per person for bodily injury and one million dollars ($1,000,000) per accident for bodily injury and one million dollars ($1,000,000) per accident for property damage.
