741.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall engage in the business or occupation of collecting or removing garbage, animal or vegetable refuse, ashes, rubbish, trash or waste materials of any kind within the City and upon its streets without obtaining a permit to do so and complying with the requirements of this chapter.
